Dog boarding for your furry friend in Milford

Are you getting ready to head out of town on a business trip? Is it time for you and your family to take a long-awaited vacation? You may be worried about what to do with your beloved dog or cat while you're gone. Fortunately, Black Birch Farm, LLC is here to provide you with a welcoming and safe place for your furry friends to stay.

A home away from home

Our dog kennels are comfortable, and because we know that cats need a little privacy that's just what we provide. Of course, every animal needs to stay active so we make sure there's plenty of time for walks and playtime. And we have comfortable spaces where your pets can relax — we even have TVs!

If your dog or cat has any special needs, just let us know. We also make sure to adhere to your instructions for feeding (we ask that you bring your dog or cat's favorite foods for them to eat while you're away) and medications.

Hours for boarding

We ask that your dog or cat checks in for their visit anytime after 1 p.m. If your schedules require that you check in before noon, we will charge an additional half-day fee for the first night.

When you're back from your trip, please pick up your beloved companion before 11:30am. If you arrive in the afternoon, we ask that you pay an additional half-day fee. And if you arrive after 5 pm., another full day's fee will be charged.

Other important information

For the safety of our furry guests and our staff, we require proof of shots for rabies, distemper, kennel cough and canine influenza.

Please be aware that kennel cough shots have to be current or have been given at least two weeks prior to boarding.
